How to get started using Interac e-Transfer on my Bally Bet account?
It’s quite easy! All you need to go is log into your account and follow these steps:
- Go to Menu > ‘My Account’ > Deposit Funds.
- On the deposit screen, select ‘Interac e-Transfer’.
- From there, select or enter the amount you wish to deposit.
- You will be redirected to a ‘Request your Money’ page, from which you will choose from a list of approved financial institutions to begin your deposit transaction.
- After selecting your financial institution, you will be prompted to enter your online banking account credentials.
- Review deposit details are accurate.
- Click on ‘Send Money’ to complete transaction.
You will be taken to a confirmation page advising your deposit is being processed and sent back to our Home Page. Once your deposit is successfully processed, a pop-up notification will appear on your screen. This means your account is now funded and ready to play!
How long does it take for a deposit to be credited to my Bally Bet account?
Please be advised transfers are almost instant but can take up to 30 minutes depending on your financial institution.
To check the status of your deposit, please go to: Menu > My Account > History > Payment History.
What is the minimum and maximum amounts I can deposit using Interac e-Transfer?
You can deposit a minimum of $10.00 and a maximum of $10,000.00 per transaction.
What if my financial institution is not listed?
Interac e-Transfer carries a wide list of available financial institutions in Canada. Unfortunately, if it is not listed, you will need to select an alternate bank or payment method.
How do I change and/or update my Interac e-Transfer account?
You will need to go back to the Deposit Screen and select the new financial institution you wish to deposit with. After selecting your new banking method, please enter your online banking credentials.
Are there any additional fees for using Interac e-Transfers?
There may be a fee from your financial institution for using the Interac e-Transfer service. Please check with your financial institution directly.
