Once you have requested a withdrawal on the site, it will show as Pending. We aim to process your withdrawal within 24 hours. After it is processed, the clearing timescales depend upon your chosen method of withdrawal.
- Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT): These take 3 to 5 working days for the bank to process the funds into the bank account.
- Interac e-Transfer: Depending on the method chosen, ‘Auto Deposit’ can take from 30 minutes up to 24 hours to process. If you choose ‘Email Transfer’, it can take from 1 to 3 business days for funds to be credited to your bank account.
- Visa® Direct: While withdrawals are almost instantly, please allow up to 24 hours.
You can keep track of your withdrawals by going to: Menu > My Account > History > Payment History. Once processed, they will show as Successful, when they have left our systems.
We will let you know via email once the money has been sent out, or if there is anything that we need before withdrawals can be processed.
