A Spend Limit helps you manage your spending on our site, with a minimum of $20 and a maximum of $5,000. Spend Limits are defined by UTC time:

• Daily Limits: From 00:00 to 23:59 UTC, resetting daily.
• Weekly Limits: From Monday 00:00 to Sunday 23:59 UTC.
• Monthly Limits: From the first to the last calendar day, resetting at 00:00 UTC on the first of the next month.

To set a Spend Limit:

• Log into your account.
• Click the ‘Menu’ button in the top left.
• Scroll to ‘Play Responsibly.’
• Select ‘Safer Gaming Tools.’
• Choose ‘Spend Limits.’
• Select Daily, Weekly, or Monthly.
• Enter your desired amount.
• Click ‘Save Spend Limits.’
• Confirm that your new limit includes prior activity.
• Review and click ‘Confirm.’

Please note that a Spend Limit will remain in effect indefinitely unless you choose to change or remove it. Any limit increase requires confirmation from your account.

To track or view your Responsible Gaming limits, follow these steps:

• Log into your account.
• Click the ‘Menu’ button in the top left.
• Scroll down to ‘Play Responsibly.’
• Select ‘RG Limit History.’
• You’ll see the limits applied to your account over the past 12 months, including the Period, Limit, Status, and Date.
