I'm using a public or company internet, or a Wi-Fi hotspot. Why can't I be located?
If you are using a third-party internet connection, such as public Wi-Fi or a corporate network, your location may be registered as outside of Ontario.
To avoid this issue, it is best to use your own modem, Wi-Fi, or cellular connection.
If you are connected through a proxy server, please disable it before accessing the website, as it can obscure your actual location. Additionally, Wi-Fi hotspots may not provide accurate location information and can disrupt reliable internet access.
