In order to receive emails from us you'll need to make sure that we're added to your 'Safe Senders' list.  Many email providers have spam filters that will sometimes block our emails, so it's best to add us to your trusted list of senders to ensure you're getting the best out of your onsite experience.

You can check in your 'Junk' or 'Spam' folder to see if you might have received any emails from us and you can normally open one of our emails and mark it as 'not spam'.  

To make sure that we reach your inbox in the future, you can follow the instructions that we've provided below by selecting your e-mail provider and following the steps that we've outlined to add us to your Safe Senders list.

If emails from us are still being moved to you 'Spam' or 'Junk' folder after following these instructions, please contact your e-mail provider as they may be able to help.

If you're not yet subscribed to our emails, you can change your settings at any time by going to:        Menu > My Account > Manage Details > Contact Preferences > Select or Update your preferred methods > Click Save to implement any changes.
