How do I close my account?
We are sorry to see you go.
If you wish to close your account, you simply need to contact our 24/7 Customer Support Team.
You can contact us by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org, or by using our friendly Live Chat service. Once your request for account closure is received, it will be processed immediately and a confirmation email will be sent.
In order to improve our service, we would be grateful if you could tell us the reason as to why you wish to close your account, and if there is any aspect of the site you would like to see improved. We always welcome feedback and look forward to listening to our patrons.
If you do not wish to close your account completely, you also have the option to place your account under an Account Time Out. This is a fixed-term closure between 3 days and 4 weeks that you can set yourself from the Responsible Gaming page. Once a Time Out is set, it cannot be ended prematurely.
