To raise or lower any of your Responsible Gaming Limits, simply follow the these steps:

• On Browser:
  • Go to 'Menu' then 'My Account'.
  • Choose Account Limits > Select [the limit you wish to change/remove].
  • In each drop-down, toggle to the new desired limit.
    • If you want to return to no limit, simply select 'Remove Limit'.
  • To save your changes, select 'Update Limit'.

Limits that are becoming more stringent will go into effect immediately.

If you are removing or loosening your limit, you will be notified at what time the change will take effect.

This effective date/time cannot be changed by our Player Support teams, as they are there for your protection and are operating in accordance with regulatory requirements.
