Closing your Account
If you’d like to permanently close your account due to Responsible Gaming, please email us at support@on.ballybet.ca, with the subject line ‘Permanent Account Closure’. Once the email is received, we will prompt for security questions to verify your identity and account.
When we verify your identity, we will immediately close your account as requested and send you email confirmation. If you do not receive the confirmation email, please contact our Support Team for additional assistance.
