Please note: Before you make your withdrawal, you must meet the following requirements:

• You have verified your registered email address
• You have sufficient funds in your account to withdraw, and these are not bonus funds
• You are not bound by active bonus wagering requirements
• There are no pending requests for identity documents on your account

If you meet all of the above criteria, upon navigating to the withdrawal page, you will then need to enter the following required fields: 7 digit bank account number, 5 digit transit number and 3 digit institution I.D. 

If you'd like to use a different bank account for this withdrawal then select the (+) button and enter the required fields.

To make a withdrawal, simply log in to your account, click the Menu button in the top left corner then click My Account > Withdraw. Our Gaming Finance team will typically process withdrawals within 24 hours.
