No worries, cancelling your withdrawal is quick and easy!

You can cancel a pending withdrawal while logged into your account.

To cancel your recent withdrawal request and return your winnings to your playing balance, please follow the steps below:

• Go to Menu by clicking on the Balance Amount icon, located in the top right corner of your screen.
• Under Wallet, select Transaction History
• View your Transaction History for the last 24 hours to 6 months.
• Locate the transaction in question. If it can be cancelled, it will have a red (X) next to it.
• Click the red (X) to cancel the transaction.

Once you have cancelled your withdrawal, your funds will immediately be returned to your player account. 

*Note: If your withdrawal shows as Processed or Success, it is already or has been processed and can no longer be cancelled. 

While cancelling a withdrawal is ultimately at the player's discretion, we strongly urge players not to cancel withdrawals to fund future play.
