How do I Self-Exlcude?
We understand and support your decision to take a break.
Self-exclusion is a voluntary program that players can enroll in to take a break from internet gaming.
By enrolling in our Self-Exclusion program, you will be excluded from all casino gaming and any future gaming activities that may be offered by Bally Bet Sportsbook & Casino.
You can request to voluntarily self-exclude by contacting us at selfexclude@on.ballybet.ca or directly from your online account.
To enroll in the Ontario Voluntary Self-Exclusion Program from your online account:
- Log into your account.
- Click on the 'Menu' button on the top right of your screen.
- Scroll down to 'Play Responsibly'.
- Click on 'Safer Gaming Tools' and select 'Self Exclusion'.
- Choose from a period of 6 months, 1 year, or 5 years.
- Review your selection and click on 'Next' to complete enrollment.
Your account with Bally Bet Sportsbook & Casino will be closed, and you will be removed from all our mailing lists. Please note that you cannot reopen your account or make any deposit or withdrawal transactions under any circumstances while you are self-excluded.
