To enable pop-ups on Microsoft Edge browser, please follow these steps:

1. Open Microsoft Edge, select Menu (3 dots icon on top right corner of the browser)

2. Then go to Settings > Site permissions

3. Select "Pop-ups and redirects".

4. Make sure it is selected to 'Turn Off' to allow pop-ups.

5. You can also add specific websites, for which you want to block and allow pop-ups.
