I've downloaded the plugin, but it's asking me to download it again. Why?
If you are being asked to download the plugin again, then it means the plugin is not fully installed or running for you on your browser. To resolve this, we would advise trying another browser, like Google Chrome, or making sure the plugin is being allowed to be installed by any security software on your computer.
Please also ensure that the plugin is enabled for use. This varies by browser. On Chrome, you can check that this has been installed by typing the following into your address bar: chrome:\\plugins.
Check that the 'Always Allow' box next to the GeoComply plugin is checked and then close the browser. This will ensure the plugin is always active.
If our plugin is not listed in chrome:\\plugins, then this most likely means that you have downloaded the plugin but not installed it completely.
You can check your downloads by clicking the 3 line bar button or Wrench symbol in the top right of your Chrome internet browser window. You can then select 'Downloads' and this will show a list of all the files you have downloaded.
If you were able to download the plugin correctly, then it will appear towards the top in this list. You can then double click on the file name to run the plugin and follow the installation steps on the screen.
