When Will I Receive My Bonus Bet Tokens?
You’ll receive two (2) $25 Bonus Bet Tokens within 48 hours of your qualifying wager settling—regardless of whether your bet wins or loses.
How Long Are My Bonus Bet Tokens Valid?
Bonus Bet Tokens expire 7 days after they’re credited to your account. Be sure to use them before they expire!
Can I Withdraw or Cash Out My Bonus Bet Tokens?
Bonus Bet Tokens are non-withdrawable and can only be used to place bets. However, any winnings from Bonus Bet Tokens will be credited to your account as cash.
How to View Your Bonus Bet Tokens
- Log in to your Bally Bet account.
- Go to Account Menu → Wallet → History → Reward History.
- In the Rewards Type drop-down, select “Bonus Bets” to view the date, Bet ID, type, and amount of any Free or Bonus Bets awarded. This will show you the Date, Bet ID, Type, and Amount of any Free/Bonus Bets awarded to your account.
Other Important Details
- Bonus Bet Tokens can only be used within 7 days of being credited.
- You must be physically located in Ontario at the time of wagering.
- Customers registered before January 28, 2025, who meet all requirements are eligible for the previous offer ("Bet $25, Get $50").
- If your first bet is voided, it will not qualify and you will not be eligible for Bonus Bet Tokens.
