Pause Your Account
If you don’t want to close your account permanently, you can use the Account Cool Off option. This allows you to take a break for a fixed term between 1 day, 1 week, 1 month, 2 months and 3 months. Simply set this up from the Responsible Gaming page. Once set, a Cool Off period cannot be ended early.
Account Balance and Funds
Please withdraw any remaining balance from your account before requesting closure, as you won’t be able to access the account once it’s closed. If your account is already closed and there are still funds remaining, our Customer Service team can help you retrieve your money—just reach out to us.
