How It Works

• Make a deposit using an eligible Visa® or Mastercard® Debit Card to enable withdrawals to that card.
• Once you've deposited with a debit card, you can automatically withdraw to that same card.
• If your most recent deposit was made with your debit card, it will be your default withdrawal method.
• Most Visa® and Mastercard® Debit Cards are supported, though compatibility depends on your bank. If you're unsure, please check with your bank.

How to Deposit Using Your Debit Card

1. Log in to your account.
2. Click the Deposit button (on the home screen or in the top-right menu).
3. Select Visa® or Mastercard® Debit as your payment method.
4. Enter your card details.
5. Click Deposit to complete your transaction.

How to Withdraw to Your Debit Card

1. Log in to your account.
2. Make sure your most recent deposit was made with your debit card.
3. Go to Menu > Wallet > Withdraw (or click the Balance icon in the top-right corner, then Wallet > Withdraw).
4. Select Visa® or Mastercard® Debit as your withdrawal method.
5. Enter the amount you'd like to withdraw.
6. Click Withdraw to confirm.

Once processing is complete, your funds should arrive in your bank account within 24 hours.
