How to Update or Remove a Deposit Method
Need to Make a Change?
You can only have one active payment method at a time, but switching or updating is simple and secure.
How to Update Your Payment Method
- Click on Menu.
- Scroll down to Wallet.
- Click on Deposit.
- Select your preferred payment method and click Confirm.
This sets your choice as the active method for your next deposit.
What if My Account Details Are Wrong?
You can’t edit an existing payment method’s details, but you can add your card or bank account again as a new payment option.
How to Remove a Payment Method
- Log in to your account.
- Go to Account Menu > Wallet > Deposit.
- Find the payment method you want to remove, click the three dots next to it, and select Delete.
Important Note
For legal and security reasons, we need to keep records of all financial transactions for at least 7 years. This means payment details cannot be fully deleted from our system.
