How to Withdraw Using Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT)

Withdrawing your winnings to your bank account with EFT is quick and simple. Here’s how:

1. Go to the Cashier/Deposit page and select EFT or Bank Transfer.
2. Enter your bank account details (account number, transit number, and branch number).
3. Choose your withdrawal amount and confirm your request.
4. Follow any on-screen instructions—some banks may require you to complete the transfer using your online banking.
5. Once you’ve completed the steps, your request will be submitted for processing.

What to Expect After Requesting Your EFT Withdrawal

• Your withdrawal request will show as Pending right after submission.
• We aim to process all withdrawals within 24 hours.
• After processing, EFT withdrawals usually take your bank 3 to 5 business days to deposit funds into your account.
