If your game has frozen, you can try restarting the game by exiting out. Not to worry! You will not lose your place or turn in the game. Once you restart the game, it will pick up right where you left off and complete the round. 

We also recommend to ensure your connection is strong and stable, along with your Location Services being enabled if you are using a mobile browser. If you are a desktop, we recommend clearing your cache and cookies.
