Visa® Direct: Fast & Easy Deposits and Withdrawals

What is Visa® Direct?

Visa® Direct lets you withdraw funds straight to your bank account using a participating Visa® Debit Card—typically within 24 hours, after processing has been completed. It’s more convenient and quicker than traditional withdrawals.

Key Highlights of Visa® Direct

• Easy setup: Make a deposit using an eligible Visa® Debit Card.
• Once you've deposited with a Visa® Debit Card, you can automatically withdraw to that same card.
• If your most recent deposit was made via Visa® Debit, Visa® Direct will be your default withdrawal method.

How to Deposit Using Your Visa® Debit Card

1. Log in to your account.
2. Click the 'Deposit' button (found on the home screen or in the top-right menu).
3. Select 'Visa®' as your payment method.
4. Enter your Visa® Debit Card details.
5. Click 'Deposit' to finalize your transaction.

How to Withdraw Using Visa® Direct

If your most recent deposit was with a Visa® Debit Card:

1. Log in to your account.
2. Click the Balance icon (top right corner), then go to Wallet > Withdraw.
3. Choose Visa® as your withdrawal method.
4. Enter the amount you'd like to withdraw.
5. Click 'Withdraw' to confirm.

Once processing is completed, your funds should arrive in your bank account within 24 hours.
