When will I receive my withdrawal?
Please be aware that we're currently experiencing some delays in processing withdrawals. Rest assured our team are doing their very best to clear the backlog, however your withdrawal may take a little longer to reach you than normal. Our Customer Support agents will be unable to process any withdrawals so please allow 5 working days before contacting us.
Once you have requested a withdrawal on the site, it will show as Pending. We aim to process your withdrawal within 24 hours. After it is processed, the clearing timescales depend upon your chosen withdrawal method.
- Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT): These take 3 to 5 working days for the bank to process the funds into the bank account.
- Interac e-Transfer: Depending on the method chosen, ‘Auto Deposit’ can take 30 minutes up to 24 hours to process. If you choose ‘Email Transfer,’ it can take 1 to 3 business days for funds to be credited to your bank account.
- Visa® Direct: While withdrawals are almost instantly, please allow up to 24 hours.
You can keep track of your withdrawals by going to Menu > Wallet > Transaction History. Once processed, they will show as Successful when they have left our systems.
We will email you once the money has been sent out or if there is anything we need before withdrawals can be processed.
