When you request a withdrawal on our site, you’ll see it marked as Pending in your account. We work hard to process most withdrawals within 24 hours.
How long does each withdrawal method take?

Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT): These take 3 to 5 working days for the bank to process the funds into the bank account.

Interac e-Transfer: Depending on the method chosen, ‘Auto Deposit’ can take 30 minutes up to 24 hours to process. If you choose ‘Email Transfer,’ it can take 1 to 3 business days for funds to be credited to your bank account.
How can I track my withdrawal?
You can always check the status of your withdrawal by following these steps:
- Go to Account Menu.
- Select Wallet.
- Navigate to History.
- Under the Transactions tab, open the All transaction types drop‑down.
- Choose Withdrawals from the list.
- Locate the withdrawal in question and look for the ‘?’ icon.
(Press and hold the “?” icon to display the information window. If you continue holding the icon, the window will remain on the screen. If the icon is released, the window will automatically close after approximately 3–5 seconds.)
- Click or tap the icon to view the status.

Withdrawal Status Messages Explained
Submitted — “The withdrawal request has been received.”
Processing — “Transaction queued for processing, please allow up to 24 hours to complete.”
Not Successful — “Transaction failed and funds returned to your account. Please try again and/or consider using another method like Apple Pay or Trustly."
Accepted — “Withdrawal processed successfully. Please be aware that it may take up to 5 business days to reflect in your bank.”
User Reversed — “You cancelled this withdrawal and returned the funds to your account.”
Expired — “The transaction has expired and funds returned to your account, please request a new withdrawal.”
Under review — “The transaction is currently under review, please check your email for more information regarding this withdrawal.”
