Withdrawal Statuses Explained
Understanding Withdrawal Statuses
When you view your withdrawal, you may see different statuses. Here’s what each one means:
Cancelled
- You cancelled this transaction. No funds were moved.
Rejected
- This transaction did not go through.
- In some cases, this happens if your financial institution declined the transaction. Check your payment details and try again.
Expired
- The transaction wasn’t completed in time and has timed out.
- You can try to initiate a new withdrawal.
Pending
- Your transaction is still being processed.
- No action is required on your part while it’s pending.
Held / Under Review
- Your transaction is currently being reviewed and may take additional time.
- Check your email, as we may request documents or reach out for more information.
Accepted, Pending Settlement
- Your transaction has been accepted but is not yet finalized.
- Funds may not appear in your account until settlement is fully complete.
Important Reminders
Always check your email for updates, especially if your withdrawal is held or under review—as we might need more information to complete your transaction.
We hope this helps you understand your withdrawal status and makes it easier for you to know if any action is needed.
