Understanding Deposit Issues After Changing or Removing Your Limit

Decrease Rules: If you want to lower your limit, it will take effect immediately—no waiting period! For example, if your daily deposit limit is $25 and you decide to decrease it to $20, just click ‘Confirm,’ and the new limit will be active right away. You’ll have a chance to review all changes before confirming, as shown below:
Increase Rules
Increase requests take effect at the end of the current period plus one additional period. You’ll see the exact date and time for your new limits.
- Daily Limit: Takes the rest of the day plus one day. For example, if you request an increase on Monday, it will be active on Wednesday.
- Weekly Limit: Takes the rest of the week plus one week. If you request an increase on Friday, it will activate the following Friday.
- Monthly Limit: Takes the rest of the month plus one month. For example, if you request an increase on October 11, it will be active on December 1.
So, if you want to raise your daily deposit limit from $400 to $500, you’ll wait 48 hours (24 hours + 24 hours) for the new limit to go into effect. You can check the exact date and time in your account.
Removal Rules
Removal requests take effect at the end of the current period plus one additional period. Here’s how it works:
- Daily Limit: The removal will be active after the rest of the day, plus one additional day. For example, if you request it on Monday, it will be active on Wednesday.
- Weekly Limit: It will take the rest of the week plus one week. So, if you request it on Friday, it will be active the following Friday.
- Monthly Limit: It takes the rest of the month plus one month. For instance, if you request a removal on October 11, it will be active on December 1.
You can check your account for the exact date and time when your limit removal will take effect.
