How to Set and Manage Deposit Limits

A Deposit Limit is a helpful tool for controlling your spending on our site. The limit you set will account for any deposits already made during your chosen daily, weekly, or monthly period. Before confirming changes, you can always review your current and new limits, past deposits, and your remaining balance.

*IMPORTANT NOTE: Your Deposit Limit will stay in effect until you decide to change or remove it. Customer Support cannot remove, edit or override any limits set in place.

How to Set a Deposit Limit

1. Log into your Bally Bet account.
2. Click the Menu button in the top left corner.
3. Scroll down to Play Responsibly.
4. Select Safer Gaming Tools.
5. Choose Deposit Limits.
6. Pick the time period—Daily, Weekly, and/or Monthly.
7. Enter your preferred deposit amount.
8. Confirm that your new limit will include any previous deposits within the period.
9. Click Save Deposit Limits to proceed.
10. Review your changes and click Confirm.

Viewing Your Limit History 

To view your deposit limit history:

1. Log into your account.
2. Click the Menu button.
3. Scroll to Play Responsibly.
4. Select RG Limit History to view limits applied over the past 12 months.
