Password Reset Troubleshooting
If you’re having issues resetting your password, here are some common reasons and solutions to help:
- Reset Link Expired
- The password reset link sent to your registered email expires after 30 minutes. If it's expired, go back to the reset page and request a new one.
- Didn’t Receive the Email
- Check your Spam or Junk folder.
- Confirm you’re checking the correct email address registered to your Bally Bet account.
- Make sure the email was entered correctly when you requested the reset.
- Password Entry Issues
- Ensure the new password meets all security requirements (e.g., character count, special characters).
- Passwords are case sensitive, so double-check capitalization.
- Remove any extra spaces before or after the password.
- Account Restrictions or Status
- Your account must be verified and active.
- If your account has a Responsible Gaming restriction (e.g., self-exclusion or cool-off), password reset may be temporarily disabled.
