Why Didn’t I Receive a Bonus?

Check Your Bonus or Transaction History
First, review your bonus or transaction history to confirm whether the bonus was already credited.
To view bonuses on your account:
- Log in
- Go to Account Menu
- Select Wallet → History → Reward History
- Select “Bonus Bets” in the Rewards Type drop-down
This will display the date, Bet ID, type, and amount of any free or bonus bets awarded.
Common Reasons a Bonus May Not Appear
Promo Timing:
The promotion start/end times affect when the bonus is credited. Many are credited after the promo ends or shortly after.Eligibility Not Met:
Ensure you’ve satisfied all rules, such as minimum deposit, qualifying wager, or required opt-in. Some offers may be user- or account-specific.Minimum Wager or Deposit Not Met:
You may not have met the minimum required deposit or qualifying bet.Wager Placed on an Ineligible Game/Event:

- Has pending verification
