Why Didn’t I Receive My Free Bet?
We understand how frustrating it can be to expect free bets and not see them in your account. Our goal is to make sure you get the rewards you’ve earned. Here are the most common reasons your free bets may not appear:
Processing Time for Free Bets
- Free bets are usually credited within 24–72 hours after all requirements are met.
- Some promotions may credit free bets only after the full offer period ends.
Eligibility and Qualification Requirements
- Qualifying criteria (such as a minimum deposit, wager, or required opt-in) may not have been fulfilled.
- Some promotions are limited to specific users or account types.
Game, Event, or Wager Restrictions
- Some free bets are tied to particular games, specific bet types, or certain markets.
- Wagers outside these eligible options may not qualify.
Location and Account Restrictions
- Some promotions are only available in select jurisdictions.
- Free bets may apply only to sports wagering, not casino play.
Account Status Issues
- Free bets will not be credited if your account is not fully verified or has pending verification.
- Responsible Gaming restrictions (such as self-exclusion or cool-off periods) also prevent credits.
Technical Delays
- System or processing delays can occasionally cause free bets to appear later than expected.
How to Check for Free Bets in Your Account
Sometimes you may not have noticed that your free bet was applied.
To review any credits:
- Go to your Account Menu
- Select Wallet → History → Reward History
- In the Rewards Type drop-down, choose “Bonus Bets.”
This will display the date, Bet ID, type, and amount of any Free or Bonus Bets awarded to your account.
