Limits can help you stay in control of your spending and enjoy your experience with greater confidence. Checking your limit progress regularly is a simple way to see how close you are to the limit you’ve set.

To check your limit progress:

1. Log in to your account and go to the menu section located in the upper-right corner. 
2. Scroll down to Play Responsibly, select Safer Gaming Tools. 
3. Select the limit you've applied to your account and click on that specific limit to expand it.
4. Once expanded, you’ll be able to see how much of the limit you have remaining for the current period.

If you’d like to review previous limits as well, select RG Limit History to see limits applied to your account over the past 12 months. This includes the Period, Limit, Status, and Date.

If you’re unable to log in to your account—for example, if you’re currently locked out due to a limit or restriction—you can still check your limit progress. Our support team is available 24/7, and we’ll be happy to help you review your limits and provide the information you need.
