Need to cancel a pending withdrawal? It only takes a few steps, and your funds will be returned to your player account right away. Here's how it works.

How to Cancel a Withdrawal

1. Log into your account.
2. Go to Account Menu.
3. Under Wallet, select Deposits.
4. If there is a Pending withdrawal, it will be displayed there.
5. Select the pending withdrawal and choose Cancel.
6. Your funds will be immediately returned to your player account.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Withdrawals can only be cancelled while they are marked as Pending. Once a withdrawal status changes to Processed, it can no longer be changed or cancelled.

Additional Information to Know

• If your withdrawal went to an inactive account, the funds will automatically be returned to your online account.
