How Your Email Is Linked

The email address you used to register your account is automatically linked to your INTERAC transactions.
Example: If you signed up with example@ballybet.com but your INTERAC is set up with example@gmail.com, you unfortunately cannot change or update the email used for payments, as it is set at registration.

Autodeposit Requirement

To withdraw to INTERAC, your registered email must be enrolled in INTERAC e-Transfer Autodeposit. If your email is not enrolled, you'll see a message such as:
"To withdraw to INTERAC, you must be enrolled in INTERAC e-Transfer Autodeposit." Find out how here. Please follow the link to set up enrollment.
