Please remember that the email address you used to register your account is the one linked to your INTERAC account.

For example, if you registered with example@ballys.com but your Interac account is set up with example@gmail.com, unfortunately, you won’t be able to change or update it because the payment system is already set up with that email.

Also, if you're using an email that isn’t enrolled in Autodeposit, you'll see a message like this: "To withdraw to INTERAC, you must be enrolled in INTERAC e-Transfer Autodeposit. Find out how here. " Please follow the link to set up enrollment.
