Depositing with Interac e-Transfer
To add funds to your account, follow these steps:
1. Go to Menu > Wallet > Deposit.
2. Select Interac e-Transfer as your deposit method.
3. Enter or select the amount you wish to deposit.
4. You will be redirected to the Request Your Money page, where you can select your financial institution.
5. Log in to your online banking account and review your deposit details.
6. Click Send Money to complete the transaction.
7. A confirmation page will appear, and once your deposit is processed, a pop-up notification will confirm that your funds are available.

Withdrawing Funds with Interac e-Transfer
Before withdrawing, you must have previously made a successful deposit using Interac e-Transfer. We also recommend enabling the Auto Deposit feature for faster transactions.
To withdraw funds, follow these steps:
1. Go to Menu > Wallet > Withdraw.
2. Select Interac e-Transfer.
3. Enter your email address.
4. Enter the amount you wish to withdraw based on your available funds.
5. You will be redirected to the Request Your Money page, where you can select your financial institution.
6. Choose between Auto Deposit or Email Transfer to complete your withdrawal.

Interac e-Transfer supports many Canadian banks. If your institution isn’t listed, you’ll need to use an alternate payment method.

Your financial institution may charge a fee for using Interac e-Transfer. Please check with them directly.
How do I change and/or update my Interac e-Transfer account?
Go back to the Deposit screen and select the new financial institution you wish to deposit with. After selecting your new banking method, enter your updated online banking credentials.
Why isn’t my Interac e-Transfer processing?

• Insufficient funds in your bank account.
• Incorrect payment details entered.
