I'm in Ontario but it is showing I am located outside of the region. What can I do?

If you are located within Ontario, but are near the border of a neighboring region that does not permit online wagering, it is possible to get a false failure:
- Desktop/Laptop: Check your Wi-Fi settings, confirm the connection strength and clear cache & cookies on your browser. We also recommend to try rebooting your router.
- Mobile Browser: Ensure that Wi-Fi and Location Services are turned on.
After completing the steps above, re-try the activity that triggered the Geolocation check.
If the problem persists, you may need to wait until you are farther from the border before attempting to be located again.
