Why Do I Need to Verify My Identity?
To keep your account secure and to meet KYC (Know Your Customer) requirements, we are required by law to verify your identity and confirm that all players are 19 years or older. If verification documents are needed, we will notify you via email or an on-site message with detailed instructions.
What Documents Are Accepted?
Proof of ID (Photo):
- Driver’s License
- Passport
- Government-issued Photo ID
Proof of Address (Dated Within 3 Months):
- Utility Bill
- Bank or Credit Card Statement
Proof of Card Ownership:
- Front and back of the card used to deposit
(Please show the first 6 and last 4 digits, your name, and the card issuer; cover the middle digits and CVV number.)
Proof of Bank Account:
- Bank statement showing your name, bank name/logo, and account number (last 4 digits are sufficient).
We may also request additional documents, if needed to complete verification.
All documents submitted are handled securely and used only for account verification purposes.
