What Is a Session Limit?

A Session Limit is a Responsible Gaming tool that lets you set a daily time cap for how long you can be logged in and actively play on our site during a 24-hour period. This limit is designed to help you stay in control of your gaming each day.

Please note: Availability and options may vary depending on your jurisdiction. 

• You can set a minimum limit of 20 minutes up to a maximum of 2 hours, depending on your jurisdiction.
• Once you set your Session Limit and click ‘Confirm,’ it becomes active immediately.
• If you’ve already spent time playing before setting the limit, that time will count toward your new limit.
  • Example: If you set a 1-hour limit after playing for 30 minutes, you’ll have 30 minutes left for the day.
• Session time is tracked cumulatively over a 24-hour period.
  • Example: If you set a 30-minute limit and play 10 minutes in the morning, you’ll have 20 minutes left for the rest of the day.
• When your limit is reached, you’ll be automatically logged out and won’t be able to log in again until your limit resets.

Making Changes to Your Session Limit

• Lowering (reducing) your session limit takes effect immediately.
• Raising (increasing) or removing your session limit requires a waiting period—your new settings will only take effect after your current session limit expires.
• Remember to click ‘Confirm’ to apply any changes.
