A Session Limit helps you control the amount of time you can spend playing on our site, with a minimum duration of 30 minutes.

To set a Session Limit:

• Log into your account.
• Click the ‘Menu’ button in the top left corner.
• Scroll down to ‘Play Responsibly.’
• Select ‘Safer Gaming Tools.’
• Choose ‘Session Limits.’
• Select the duration (30 minutes, 1 hour, or 2 hours).
• Click ‘Save Session Limits’ to proceed.
• Acknowledge that your new limit will account for any prior activity based on your selected period.
• Review your changes and click ‘Confirm.’

Please note that a Spend Limit will remain in effect indefinitely unless you choose to change or remove it. You must also reaffirm your choice, as any increase in the limit will not take effect until you confirm it from your account.

To view your Responsible Gaming limits, follow these steps:

• Log into your account.
• Click the ‘Menu’ button in the top left corner.
• Scroll down to ‘Play Responsibly.’
• Select ‘RG Limit History.’

Here, you can see the limits applied to your account over the past 12 months, including the Period, Limit, Status, and Date.
