Understanding Session Issues After Changing or Removing Your Limit
You can request to change your limit at any time. To ensure an enjoyable experience while promoting Responsible Gaming, applicable waiting periods apply for limit changes.
Decrease Rules:
Any requests to decrease your limits are implemented immediately, with no waiting period. For example, if you have a 1-hour Session Limit and want to reduce it to 30 minutes, the change will take effect right after you click ‘Confirm.’ You’ll have the opportunity to review all changes before finalizing.
You can change your limit at any time but increases, or removals may take up to 24 hours to take effect. This waiting period allows any current limits on your account to be completed.
Please note that any decrease in your limit will take effect immediately and will consider any previous time played on the site.
Increase Rules:
Increase requests become effective at the end of the current period plus one additional period. You'll be able to see the exact date and time your new limits will take effect.
- Daily Limit: The increase will take the remainder of the day when requested plus one additional day. For example, if you request an increase on Monday, it will be active on Wednesday.
- Weekly Limit: The increase will take the remainder of the week when requested plus one additional week. For example, if you request an increase on Friday, it will be active the following Friday.
- Monthly Limit: The increase will take the remainder of the month when requested plus one additional month. For example, if you request an increase on October 11, it will be active on December 1.
For instance, if you have a session limit of 1 hour and want to increase it to 2 hours, you will need to wait for the current 24-hour period to complete, plus an additional 24 hours, totaling 48 hours for the new limit to take effect. You can view the exact date and time of the new limit in your account.
Removal Rules
Removal requests take effect at the end of the current period plus one additional period.
- Daily Limit: The removal will be effective after the remainder of the day when requested, plus one day. For example, if you request removal on Monday, it will be active on Wednesday.
- Weekly Limit: The removal will take effect after the remainder of the week when requested plus one week. For example, if you request removal on Friday, it will be active the following Friday.
- Monthly Limit: The removal will take effect after the remainder of the month when requested plus one month. For example, if you request removal on October 11, it will be active on December 1.
