A Session Limit lets you set the amount of time you’re comfortable being logged in and actively playing on our site within a 24-hour period. Once you reach your Session Limit, you’ll be automatically logged out and won’t be able to log back in until your limit resets.
How to Change Your Session Limit
You can update your Session Limit at any time, but please note that waiting periods apply for some changes. These waiting periods encourage mindful, intentional gameplay and help you stay in control.
How Decreasing Your Session Limit Works
- When you lower your Session Limit, the change takes effect immediately—no waiting period applies.
- Example: If you have a 1-hour limit and reduce it to 30 minutes, the new limit applies as soon as you click ‘Confirm.’
- Any time already spent on the site before changing your limit will count toward your new limit.
- You’ll be able to review and confirm these changes before your request is finalized.
How Increasing or Removing Your Session Limit Works
- Requests to increase or remove a Session Limit take effect after the selected period has passed.
- Example: If you confirm a change on Monday at 12:00 p.m., your new limit becomes active Tuesday at 12:01 p.m.
- You will see the exact date and time that your changes will take effect on screen after you confirm your request.
- Important Note: Customer Support cannot override, remove or edit any changes set in place.
