How Do I Change My Password?
To reset your password:

Why Isn’t My Username Working?
To log in, only your registered email address and password are required—your username is not needed.

How Can I Close My Account?
If you wish to close your account, you simply need to contact our 24/7 Customer Support Team. Once your request for account closure is received, it will be processed immediately, and a confirmation email will be sent.
IMPORTANT: Please withdraw any remaining balance from your account before closing it, as you won’t be able to access the account once it’s closed. If your account is already closed and you still have a balance, our Customer Service team can assist you in retrieving your funds—just reach out to us.
