To check your balance anytime, simply click on the Balance Amount or tap the three horizontal lines in the top-right corner to open the Menu. You’ll see:

• Available Balance: Your withdrawable cash funds.
• Bonus and Free Bet Balance: Funds that become withdrawable once playthrough requirements are met.

To view awarded Bonus Bets or Free Bets:

• Go to Account Menu.
• Under Wallet, select History then Reward History.
• In the Rewards Type drop-down, choose Bonus Bets. This will display the Date, Bet ID, Type, and Amount for all Bonus Bets awarded to your account.

You may also check Bonus Bets in the Sports section:

• Go to My Bets and select Rewards for a complete list of available bonuses and their terms and expiration dates.

You can only have one active payment method at a time, but you can switch between methods if there are no pending withdrawals.

To add or switch your payment method:

• Click the Menu button (top right).
• Scroll to Wallet and click Deposit.
• Select your desired payment method and click Confirm to set it as your active method.

If your account details for a payment method were entered incorrectly, simply add the correct card or bank account as a new payment method (details can’t be edited once saved).

• The minimum deposit is $10.00
• The maximum is $10,000.00 per transaction

Before You Withdraw
Make sure you’ve completed the following steps before requesting a withdrawal:

• Your email address is verified.
• You have available funds in your account (bonus funds not included).
• There are no active bonus wagering requirements.
• There are no pending identity document requests.

Withdrawal Notes:

• If your most recent deposit was made with a credit card, you’ll need to withdraw using EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer).
• If your most recent deposit was made with a debit card, your withdrawal must go back to the same debit card.

How to Make a Withdrawal

1. Log in to your account.
2. Go to Menu > Wallet > Withdraw.
3. Select your preferred withdrawal method.

Withdrawals are typically processed within 24 hours, but depending on the selected method, it may take between 24 hours and 5 days for your funds to appear in your account.

To put your winnings back into your playing balance:

• Click Menu > Wallet > Deposit.
• Locate your pending withdrawals.
• Select the withdrawal you wish to cancel (check the box).
• Click Cancel Withdrawal, confirm, and select Continue.
• The funds will return immediately to your account.

Note: If the withdrawal shows as "Processed" or "Success," it cannot be cancelled.

While cancelling a withdrawal is ultimately at the player's discretion, we strongly urge players not to cancel withdrawals to fund future play.
